Solloh Trial Shoot in the Park

Today I was pleasantly surprised when my sister turned up with a model I'm currently working with, "Solloh" - Fashion and Beauty Pageants, as I didn't expect her to come for a shoot at such short notice. She's going au naturale and lovin it! No post production/editing was done on this job.. Here are just a few of the photo's..

Anyway for me this meant I could proceed with the shoot I'd been planning..

                                            75-300mm telephoto zoom lens

 Minor setback though as I was not expecting strong sunlight according to the weather forecast for today.. I therefore had to improvise in order to get the best photo's possible from my subject.. Hence I've named this post ".......trial shoot"

Test Shoot of Solloh

My sister helped to put me in touch with a young lady I knew from years ago.. She has grown into a model occasionally participating in beauty pageants.. I'm privileged to be able to shoot her as she has beautiful hair, is a natural in front of camera and also has some photography experience. I look forward to more work with her somemore.

Big thank you to those of you who have read my blog so far.
I will soon be throwing up content more consistently.. At the moment I have been busy taking photo's whenever I get opportunities, however I am only posting up the ones I feel to be most relevant..
Apart from that I have been setting up my tumblr, instagram and other accounts for me to adequately publish my work to those who may love it, and also to meet people who can inspire me too..

I feel more and more confident each day with my camera as I play around with my settings and take beautiful pictures.. scrolling through my images I'm inspired to do more.. Today my niece modelled for me when we went out for lunch, well more like when I gate-crashed on their lunch outing haha..

Hey all!

As an up and coming Photographer, I move around from day to day with my eyes open for the unusual and at times run into some of the most amazing people..

Yesterday as I was in Nando's waiting for an order with my bro in law and I saw a lady who had the most beautiful naturally styled hair and couldnt take my eyes off her.. She must have thought I was having other ideas as I stared at her, lol, however I was thinking what always think when I see someone/thing unusual, "arrrrgh,, I wish I had my Camera!!"..

 As we left my brother in law jokingly said "you should make a blog about that and call it Naturale or something" since he had noticed my obsession with such.. Straight away I said to him "thats it! thats what I want to photograph!" lol..

Well so here goes, after a thumbs up from my Super-Stylist-Sister, just started this blog in order to show off some of the most beautiful people I come across who have chosen to go "au naturale".. I hope you like it, and if you do, please share with your friends..
